Effect of Osteoporosis Therapeutic Instrument Combined with Desuzumab on Osteoporotic Compression Fracture And Its Influence on Bone Mineral Density

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of combining an osteoporosis therapeutic apparatus with denosumab treatment on bone mineral density and clinical outcomes in patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression frac-tures.Methods:A total of 72 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures treated in the Department of Orthopedics at Xiaoshan District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Hangzhou,from May 2023 to May 2024 were selected and divided into a control group and a treatment group using a lottery method,with 36 patients in each group.The control group received denosumab treatment,while the treatment group received a combination of osteoporosis therapeutic apparatus and denosumab treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were ob-served and compared.Results:After treatment,the hip and lumbar spine bone mineral density in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.The clinical efficacy rate in the treatment group(97.22%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(77.78%),P<0.05..After treatment,both ODI and VAS scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,P<0.05..The degree of vertebral compression in the treatment group was significantly improved compared to the con-trol group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The combination of osteoporosis therapeutic apparatus and denosumab treatment demonstrates high clinical value in patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures,significantly impro-ving bone mineral density,lumbar function,pain symptoms,and vertebral compression degree.关键词
