Application Value of Gastric Antrum Movement Index in Guiding Enteral Nutrition in Patients with Severe Cerebrovascular Disease

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical value of ultrasonic monitoring of gastric antrum motility index in guid-ing enteral nutrition in patients with severe cerebrovascular disease Methods:120 patients with severe cerebrovascu-lar disease admitted to Zhuhai Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from July 2023 to July 2024 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The exper-imental group adjusted the enteral nutrition scheme according to the range of gastric antrum movement index moni-tored by ultrasound in real time,while the control group adjusted the enteral nutrition scheme according to the clin-ical experience of evaluating gastric residue by gastric tube withdrawal.The feeding time、nutritional index、health status and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:The feeding time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the serum levels of PA、TRF and TP were higher than those of the control group after 7 days of intervention,P<0.05.Comparison of △NRS and △APACHEⅡ between the two groups,P>0.05.During feeding,the incidence of reflux in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of aspiration、diarrhea and nutritional interruption between the two groups was compared,P>0.05.Conclusion:Ultrasonic monitoring of gastric antrum motility index to guide enteral nutrition can shorten the feeding time of patients with severe cerebrovascular disease,obviously improve their nutritional status,and reduce the incidence of reflux,which provides an important reference for individualized nutritional treatment.关键词
