Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of early enteral nutrition intervention based on prospective visual manage-ment on nutritional status and prognosis of patients with severe stroke.Methods:120 patients with severe stroke who were treated in the hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were randomly divided into two groups.60 ca-ses in the control group were treated with routine early enteral nutrition intervention;60 cases in the observation group were treated with early enteral nutrition intervention based on prospective visual management.The nutrition-al status、adverse events and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results:The levels of serum total protein(TP)and albumin(ALB)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.The inci-dence of adverse events in the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than that in the control group 18.33%,P<0.05.Glasgow coma scale(GCS)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after intervention,P<0.05.Conclusion:Early enteral nutrition intervention based on prospective visual management can effectively improve the nutritional status of patients with severe stroke,reduce the occurrence of adverse events and further improve their prognosis.关键词
