食管海绵胶囊联合人工智能数字病理诊断系统在早期食管肿瘤及癌前病变筛查中的应用研究

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of esophageal sponge capsule combined with artificial intelli-gence digital pathological diagnosis system in screening early esophageal tumors and precancerous lesions.Methods:From November 2020 to January 2023,1237 patients with high risk of early esophageal cancer(EC)were screened in Tongling Municipal Hospital.To analyze the diagnostic efficiency of esophageal sponge capsule combined with ar-tificial intelligence digital pathological diagnosis system for the risk of early EC.Results:Compared with the results of gastroscopy,esophageal sponge capsule combined with artificial intelligence digital pathological diagnosis system had high consistency(Kappa value=0.821、0.770 and 0.747)in the diagnosis of early EC,with sensitivity of 97.37%、77.78%and 75.00%,specificity of 82.50%and 92.50%respectively.Conclusion:Esophageal sponge cap-sule combined with artificial intelligence digital pathological diagnosis system has certain guiding significance in screening early esophageal tumors and precancerous lesions.关键词
