Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of individualized nursing intervention on the quality of chemotherapy in patients with malignant tumor complicated with diabetes.Methods:96 patients with malignant tumor complicated with diabetes ad-mitted to Haimen District People's Hospital of Nantong City from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected,and the patients were divided into groups by random number table method.The control group was divided into 48 patients and re-ceived routine nursing.The observation group was divided into 48 patients,and individualized nursing intervention was a-dopted.The scores of nursing quality and negative emotions were compared between the two groups,and the self-care a-bility of patients was evaluated.Results:The scores of nursing quality and self-care ability after intervention in the obser-vation group were higher than those in the control group,while the scores of anxiety and depression were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Individualized nursing intervention for patients with malignant tumor complicat-ed with diabetes can improve nursing quality,reduce negative emotions and improve self-care ability.关键词
