摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the impact of implementing path-based nursing based on nursing outcome orientation for pa-tients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy on their postoperative recovery.Methods:Taking the whole year of 2023 as the re-search period,137 cases who underwent minimally invasive myomectomy at Zhuhai Fifth Hospital were included in this obser-vation scope.They were grouped and studied according to the random number table method.68 cases were included in the control group and received routine care.A total of 69 cases were included in the intervention group and were given path-based nursing oriented towards nursing outcomes.The postoperative recovery of the two groups was compared.Results:The scores of restlessness and sedation in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,and the postopera-tive recovery process was faster and the complication rate was lower than that in the control group,with significant differ-ence(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing path-based nursing based on nursing outcome orientation for patients undergo-ing laparoscopic myomectomy can reduce stress responses,avoid complications,and accelerate postoperative recovery.关键词
