Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing on blood sugar and psychology in diabetic nephropathy patients.Methods:80 patients with diabetic nephropathy were selected from January to December 2023,who were admitted to tinghu district People's Hospital of Yancheng City.According to the order of ad-mission,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group(admit-ted from January to June,2023)received routine care,while the observation group(admitted from July to December,2023)received integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine care.The mental state,blood sugar index and renal function index of the two groups were compared before and after nursing.Results:After nursing,the scores of General Anxiety Scale(GAD-7)、Health Questionnaire Depression Scale(PHQ-9)、blood sugar indexes[fasting blood sugar(FPG)、2 h blood sugar after meals(2hPG)]and renal function indexes[serum urea nitrogen(BUN)and serum creatinine(SCr)]in the ob-servation group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing for diabetic nephropathy patients can significantly improve their bad mood,reduce blood sugar level,and thus improve patients'renal function index.关键词
