Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of individualized preventive nursing in elderly patients with type 2 dia-betes,and evaluate its influence on blood sugar control and quality of life.Methods From March 2023 to September 2024,360 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the Department of Geriatrics,Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 180 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given individualized intervention on this basis.The clinical indexes of the two groups were compared,including fasting blood glucose、glycosylated hemoglobin and quality of life score.Results:After 6 months'intervention,fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in both groups decreased,while those in the ob-servation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of physiological function,psychological state and social interaction in DQoL were all improved,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Individualized preventive nursing can effectively improve the blood sugar control effect of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes,and improve the multi-dimensional quality of life of patients,which is suitable for health management of elderly people with multiple chronic diseases and functional degradation.关键词
