Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of applying the nursing management of operating room based on the nine-square thinking model to the nursing of patients undergoing artificial knee replacement.Methods:100 patients who received artificial knee replacement in Nanjing Hospital affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from January 2023 to De-cember 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,while the observation group was given nursing management in operating room based on Jiugongge thinking model.The nursing indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and all clinical indexes were better than that in the control group,the HSS score was higher than that in the control group on the third and seventh day after intervention,and the VAS score was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of operating room nursing manage-ment based on Jiugongge thinking model in postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing artificial knee replacement has benefited significantly.关键词
