基于文献计量学的卒中后吞咽障碍患者护理研究现状及趋势分析
Bibliometric-based Analysis of the Current Status And Trends in Research on the Care of Patients with Post-stroke Dysphagia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the nursing related literature of patients with dysphagia after stroke in domestic core journals,and to understand the research status and trend of nursing care of patients with dysphagia after stroke.Methods:The nursing literature of dysphagia after stroke in CNKI from 2000 to 2022 was retrieved,and the statistical information was analyzed by Excel,and the visual analysis system and CiteSpace were used for cluster a-nalysis.Results:During the period of 2000-2022,there were 277 nursing literatures on dysphagia after stroke in China,among which,there was an increasing trend from 2004 to 2021,and it reached its peak in 2021.The top five journals account for 59%,among which Electronic Journal of Practical Clinical Nursing leads.The main field is clini-cal medicine,and cluster analysis shows that there are 10 fields,and the research focus is swallowing function train-ing and rehabilitation nursing.Conclusion:It is instructive to show the research status and trend of nursing care of patients with dysphagia after stroke by bibliometrics.关键词
