Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the comprehensive application effect of preoperative empathy communi-cation combined with perioperative evidence-based nursing in patients undergoing cholecystectomy.Methods:From January 2022 to December 2023,42 patients who underwent cholecystectomy in the outpatient department of Kun-shan Second People's Hospital were randomly divided into control group and research group,with 21 cases in each group.The control group was given standard nursing,while the research group was given empathy communication before operation combined with perioperative evidence-based nursing.Results:After the intervention,the overall quality of life of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the scores of SDS,SAS and PSS were lower than those of the control group,and the overall nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The combination of preoperative empathy communication and perioperative evi-dence-based nursing can significantly optimize the overall nursing effect,improve patients'quality of life,adjust their psychological state,and then improve their satisfaction with nursing services.关键词
