姜制星朴片质量控制及指纹图谱研究
Study on quality standard and fingerprint patterns of Jiangzhi Xingpo piece
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish the quality control method and Fingerprint Patterns for Jiangzhi Xingpo piece.Methods The micro-scopic identification of Jiangzhi Xingpo piece was carried out,and a thin-layer identification method was established.Check moisture,total ash;the contents of magnolol and honokiol were determined by HPLC,and measure the chromaticity value of t he decoction pieces using a colorimeter;establish fingerprint spectra of 15 batches of Jiangzhi Xingpo piece,identify 5 active ingredients in common peaks,and perform cluster analysis and orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis to screen for the main differential components.Results The characteristics and microscopic identification method are effective,the thin-layer chromatography spots are clear,and the separation degree is good.The proposed moisture content should not exceed 10.00%,the total ash content should not exceed 5.00%,and the total content of magnolol and honokiol should not be less than 5.00%.The total chromaticity value range is 39.54-43.11.The fingerprint method is effective,and the similarity between batches is high.Among the 19 common peaks,11 components can be used as landmark components to distinguish production areas.Conclusion The established quality control method is simple,accurate,and has high specificity,which can effectively evaluate the quality of Jiangzhi Xingpo piece.The fingerprint method can effectively reflect the chemical composition characteristics and provide a basis for the establishment of quality standards.关键词
