连吴茱萸炮制前后的高效液相指纹图谱及色度值差异研究
Comparative study on HPLC fingerprint and color value of Fructus Evodiae before and after processing with Rhizoma Coptidis

Abstract
Objective To establish HPLC fingerprints and measure color values to compare the differences between Fructus Evodiae(FE)and Fructus Evodiae processed with Rhizoma Coptidis(RC-FE).Methods Differences between FE and RC-FE were analyzed using similarity evaluation,paired sample t-test,principal component analysis(PCA),and orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis(OPLS-DA).The correlation between color values and chemical constituents was also analyzed.Results The HPLC fingerprints revealed 20 and 22 common peaks in FE and RC-FE,respectively,with 10 components identified.New compo-nents,palmatine hydrochloride and berberine,were detected after processing.Peaks 1,2,3,6,8,16(palmatine hydrochloride),and 17(berberine)were the main differential constituents between FE and RC-FE.The peak areas of peaks 1,2,3,6,and 8 decreased significantly after processing compared to before processing.The ΔE*ab values of CR-FE ranged from 2.83 to 12.73.The peak areas of peaks 4(neochlorogenic acid),9(chlorogenic acid),and 10(cryptochlorogenic acid)showed significant positive correlations with E*ab,whereas those of peaks 12(narcissoside),16(palmatine hydrochloride),17(berberine),20(evodiamine),and 21(rutae-carpine)showed significant negative correlations with E*ab.Conclusion Both the chemical composition and color of RC-FE changed after processing with Rhizoma Coptidis,providing a reference for the quality evaluation and the significance of processing of this prepared herbal medicine.关键词
