Abstract
In order to explore the efficient implementation path of the transformation of railway freight transportation to modern logistics in the new era,an organizational management and service innovation system that adapts to the development needs of modern logistics was established,and the reform pilot of the logistics division of China Railway Shanghai Group Co.,Ltd.was taken as the research object.Combined with the strategic deployment of China Railway Shanghai Group Co.,Ltd.to accelerate the construction of a modern logistics system for railways,this paper systematically analyzed the action route of deepening the reform of the logistics organizational system at the level of railway group company from four dimensions:organizational restructuring,market-oriented mechanism innovation,product and service upgrading,and multi-dimensional digital intelligence empowerment.Research has shown that building a flat and specialized organizational system,establishing a market-oriented operation mechanism that simulates the operation of legal entities and matches their rights and responsibilities,creating lineage-based and high-quality logistics products and services,and strengthening digital information empowerment,will effectively stimulate the vitality of logistics operations,improve market response speed and service quality,and continuously empower and accelerate the organizational transformation of the entire railway freight system.关键词
