Abstract
In response to expedite new development patterns and promote high-quality growth,lowering logistics costs has become a goal for all sectors and segments of society.As an important component of railway transportation,railway sidings are also part of the railway logistics network,connecting giants in such fields as coal,steel,and port.Lowering various costs of railway sidings is crucial for the logistics cost reduction of the whole society.Based on the China Railway Shanghai Group Co.,Ltd.,the current state and existing issues of railway sidings operation services in the Yangtze River Delta region were analyzed.From perspectives of railway sidings construction,institutional management,and operational costs,the targeted strategies were proposed to reduce logistics costs.These insights are of significant importance for the healthy development of railway sidings in the Yangtze River Delta region and for increasing railway logistics volume.关键词
