Abstract
The Yangtze River Delta region enjoys vigorous economic vitality and an extremely strong demand for logistics.China Railway Shanghai Group Co.,Ltd.,leveraging its unique advantages,holds a key position in the regional comprehensive logistics system.By analyzing the current development status of the logistics industry chain of China Railway Shanghai Group Co.,Ltd.,this study accurately identified existing problems and proposed targeted countermeasures,including optimizing the layout of freight yards,improving the efficiency of transportation and cargo source organization,strengthening upstream and downstream industrial collaboration,and enhancing the training of professional talents.These measures aim to promote the efficient development of the logistics industry chain of China Railway Shanghai Group Co.,Ltd.,enhance the competitiveness of the regional logistics market,and provide strong logistics support for the coordinated economic development of the Yangtze River Delta region.关键词
