Abstract

The management of railway freight loading and reinforcement has always been a focal and challenging aspect of railway freight safety work.The loading and reinforcement scheme is a crucial component of this management,playing a significant guiding role in ensuring the safety of railway freight transportation.This paper elaborated on the current management status of the traditional loading and reinforcement scheme of China Railway Shanghai Group Co.,Ltd.,analyzed the problems present in the scheme's creation,declaration,circulation,approval,management,and meeting on-site needs,and introduced the development of the"Railway Freight Intelligent 3D Imaging Measurement Device"and the"Railway Freight Loading and Reinforcement Scheme Management Information System"through management innovation.These innovations enable automatic generation of CAD drawings for schemes,as well as online declaration,approval,inquiry,deactivation,printing,and information sharing of schemes.Practice proves that starting from strengthening informatization application and daily management can not only accelerate the approval and circulation of schemes,ensure traceability,and meet scheme management needs,but also enhance the quality of schemes and ensure the safety of freight transportation.This provides strong support for creating a new brand of railway logistics and serving the construction of a modern railway logistics system.
