Abstract
Based on freight data from China Railway Shanghai Group Co.,Ltd.from 2015 to 2024,the changing trends and influencing factors of railway bulk goods transportation were analyzed.The characteristics of transportation demand were examined.Strategies were discussed to enhance railway service adaptability.With the iron ore transportation project of the Lu'an Steel Plant as a case study,a development path was proposed for a fully integrated railway transportation service system.By optimizing transportation organization,integrating multimodal transport resources,and building a door-to-door supply chain service model,cost reduction,efficiency improvement,and green transportation can be achieved to offer a demonstrative model for expanding the railway bulk goods market.关键词
