Abstract
Under the market-oriented pricing mechanism,the implementation of railway logistics general contracting is the key for railway logistics enterprises to enhance core market competitiveness.By analyzing the current implementation status of railway logistics general contracting in China Railway Shanghai Group Co.,Ltd.and combining with the"China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan"railway-road intermodal logistics general contracting project case of Shanghai Railway Logistics Center,this paper adopted methods such as case analysis and problem-countermeasure matching to explore the driving role of market-oriented pricing in railway logistics general contracting,as well as restrictive factors including rigid price mechanisms,insufficient service innovation,weak information synergy,and shortage of interdisciplinary talents.In response to the above issues,optimized countermeasures were proposed,such as the construction of a differentiated pricing system,deepening of service innovation,strengthening of resource integration and digital empowerment,and improvement of talent training.The results show that implementation of the above optimization plan can significantly enhance the market competitiveness and service efficiency of railway logistics general contracting,providing strong logistics support for boosting regional economic industry transformation and upgrading and the"Belt and Road"construction.关键词
