紫运托峰紫草抑菌膏对小鼠Ⅱ度烧烫伤的影响
The effect of Ziyuntuofeng lithospermum-containing bacteriostatic ointment on Ⅱ degree burn and scald in mice

Abstract
In order to investigate the therapeutic effect of Ziyuntuofeng lithospermum-containing bacteriostatic ointment on the wounds of mice with Ⅱ degree burns and to evaluate the effect of the ointment on the skin tissue recovery and the expression of transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)and basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF).In this experiment,a self-made device was used to create II degree burn wounds on the back of Kunming mice.The wound recovery was observed by HE staining and Sirius red staining,and the expressions of TGF-β and bFGF were detected by qPCR and immunofluorescence.The therapeutic effect of Ziyuntuofeng lithospermum-containing bacteriostatic ointment was studied by using commercially common burn ointment as a positive control.The results showed that Ziyuntuofeng lithospermum-containing bacteriostatic ointment had remarkable effect on the recovery of back wound skin of mice burned by degree Ⅱ.According to HE staining and Sirius red staining,the wound healing effect of Ziyuntuofeng lithospermum-containing bacteriostatic ointment group was better than that of model group(negative control)and burn ointment group(positive control).The results of qPCR and immunofluorescence detection showed that Ziyuntuofeng lithospermum-containing bacteriostatic ointment group could up-regulate the expression of TGF-β and bFGF,and the effect was significantly better than that of burn ointment group(P<0.05),indicating that the Ziyuntuofeng lithospermum-containing bacteriostatic ointment could effectively promote the expression of TGF-β and bFGF,and accelerate the wound healing of burned mice.关键词
