Abstract

To explore the influence of different process conditions on jujube branch wood vinegar solution,taking the jujube branches obtained from Alar in Southern Xinjiang as raw material,the effects of pyrolysis temperature,nitrogen flow and raw material size on jujube vinegar were studied.The results showed that the pyrolysis process of jujube branches can be divided into the preliminary pyrolysis phase,the mian pyrolysis phase and the carbonization phase in sequence,corresponding to the range temperatures are 24-190℃,190-365℃and 365-800℃,respectively.With the increase in the temperature,the yield of wood vinegar and the relative content of phenolic substances gradually increase and their maximum reach 36.23%and 39.03%respectively when the temperature is 400℃.With the increase in the nitrogen flow rate,the maximum yield of wood vinegar and the maximum relative content of phenolic substances reach 31.46%and 32.73%respectively when the temperature is 100 mL∕min.With the increase in the particle size of raw materials,the yield of wood vinegar and the relative content of phenolic substances gradually increase and their maximum reach 31.46%and 32.73%respectively when the particle size is 20-40 mesh size.This study reveals the pyrolysis characteristics of jujube branches and the influence patterns of process parameters on wood vinegar,providing a theoretical support for the preparation and efficient utilization of jujube branch wood vinegar solution.
