Multi-objective human-robot collaborative disassembly sequence optimization of retired agricultural machinery considering manual load
摘要
Abstract
With the accelerated pace of product updates and the increasing number of retired products,there is a growing trend towards the utilization of human-robot collaborative disassembly mode for obsolete products.The human-robot collaborative disassembly can effectively reduce labor costs,shorten completion time and deal with complex scene tasks,thus greatly improving the disassembly efficiency.In this paper,the optimization problem about human-robot cooperative disassembly sequence for retired agricultural machinery is analyzed.The multi-objective optimization model that considers manual load is proposed.The collaborative strategy can be divided into human task,robot task and human-robot collaborative task.In addition,we propose a multi-objective fruit fly optimization algorithm to solve the human-robot collaborative disassembly sequence optimization problem.The effectiveness of the proposed model and the convergence of the proposed algorithm are demonstrated by comparing results from the disassembly examples.关键词
