新疆南疆地区低层村镇建筑SW装配式结构设计与实例
Design and case studies of prefabricated structure with steel wire mesh composite wall(SW)for low-rise village building in Southern Xinjiang

Abstract
Prefabricated building have significant application potential in Southern Xinjiang.The lightweight steel wire mesh composite wall(SW)is a new type of integrated wall panel offering load-bearing capacity,seismicresistant,thermal insulated,heat retention and soundproofing.This technology facilitates building industrialisation and prefabricated construction,demonstrating distinct advantages for low-rise village buildings in Southern Xinjiang.In accordance with relevant regulatory requirements,taking as an example a two-story village building project in Alar,the First Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps,the structural simulation and analysis was conducted using PKPM software,employing the"equivalent thickness"wall model.This investigation explores the feasibility of this lightweight SW structure system based on PKPM.By structural analysis and simulation,the results show that the vertical bearing capacity of the two-story building composite wall system meets the requirements,so do the global structural response parameters.The vibration effect and mode data under seismic loading provide reference for structural design.The structural design method based on the PKPM software is viable,which provides reference for the design practice of the SW structure system in low-rise village buildings in Southern Xinjiang.关键词
