摘要

Abstract

This work investigates the Physical Layer Security(PLS)transmission technology for UAVs assisted by Reconfigurable Intelligent Surfaces(RIS)in low-altitude communication scenarios.Considering potential multi-eavesdropping threats,a security enhancement mechanism is proposed based on the joint optimization of UAV trajectory and RIS phase shift.Specifically,two optimization schemes are proposed:①Based on convex optimization theory,the non-convex problem is decomposed into solvable convex subproblems through Successive Convex Approximation(SCA)and alternating optimization to maximize the average secrecy rate;and ②The Deep Reinforcement Learning(DRL)with Twin Delayed Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient(TD3)algorithmis introduced,which utilizes dual Q-networks and delayed policy update mechanisms to jointly optimize the UAV trajectory and RIS phase shifts.This enables smooth and efficient UAV trajectory generation in continuous action spaces,supporting real-time optimization.The simulation results show that the convex optimization algorithm converges rapidly.The TD3-based DRL approach outperforms the convex optimization method in terms of secrecy rate.Its advantage becomes more obvious especially when the number of RIS elements increases,which verifies its potential in improving communication security and robustness.
