Abstract
To address potential positioning anomalies in GNSS receivers during leap second adjustments,an efficient and reliable leap second processing method is proposed.Upon receiver startup,the leap second value is configured using subframe start time from navigation messages,significantly reducing configuration time.A dual-strategy approach combining adjacent time tag interval detection with KP(leap second forecast parameter)from GLONASS messages effectively addresses parameter failure scenarios caused by signal interference and other factors,thereby enhancing the reliability of leap second monitoring.Regarding the impact of leap second adjustments on satellite position and pseudorange calculations,a dynamic calculation method based on ephemeris update status is proposed.This ensures the correct ephemeris reference time is used before and after leap second,thus avoiding pseudorange and satellite position jumps caused by time misalignment.Experimental results show that the proposed method achieves leap second configuration within 30s after startup and enables rapid positioning recovery in simulated leap second adjustment scenarios.This proposed method provides a viable solution for maintaining stable operation of GNSS receivers in high-reliability applications.关键词
