摘要

Abstract

To investigate the influence of obstacles on the explosion propagation of hydrogen-doped methane in pipelines,a transparent explosion pipeline experimental device was used to analysis the phased characteristics of the obstruction rate and position of obstacles on the propagation of hydrogen-doped methane and air premixed gas explosions,and to compare and analyze them with pure methane explosions.The results show that before the flame reaches the obstacle,the obstacle hinders the flame propagation.Hydrogen-doped methane flames are less affected by obstacles than pure methane flames,and the flame propagation speed is negatively correlated with the blockage rate;After the flame passes through the obstacle,the promoting effect of obstacles on the explosion propagation of hydrogen-doped methane is stronger than that of pure methane,and the flame propagation speed is positively correlated with the blockage rate;When the equivalence ratio is 1,the maximum flame propagation speed of hy-drogen-doped methane with a hydrogen blending ratio of 20%is 5%higher than that of pure methane due to the influence of obstacles,and the increase rate of maximum explosion pressure is 10%higher;The pressure wave of hydrogen-doped methane explosion inside the barrier pipeline causes multiple re-flections and superposition,and the overall pressure changes from low-frequency oscillation to high-fre-quency oscillation attenuation.The flame exhibits a oscillation propagation characteristic of"accelera-tion-deceleration-reacceleration".The research results can provide a reference for optimizing the layout and explosion-proof design of hydrogen-doped methane pipeline systems.
