Abstract

Monitoring and early-warning is an important technical means to prevent and control power disasters.Coal mass exhibits an obvious electromagnetic radiation phenomenon during the process of damage and deformation,which can provide important parameter support for monitoring and early warn-ing.In order to monitor the disturbance in the process of tunneling in outburst mines,the electro-vibra-tion vector monitor was used to test the electro-vibration signals during the undogging period and under different working conditions in the digging work of the tunneling in prominent mines,with an analysis made of the effect of mining disturbance on the electromagnetic radiation signals.The results show that,when the tunnel is not under construction,the state of coal seam in the face is relatively stable,the e-lectromagnetic radiation signal and acoustic emission signal have greater volatility within 35m in front of the head of the tunnel,and there are peaks at 15 m and 30 m behind the head of the tunnel,and the electromagnetic radiation signal of the X,Y,and Z axes is highly uniform in energy and counting,and the law of the two and the intensity is relatively consistent.During the construction process,the electro-magnetic radiation signal and acoustic emission signal intensity increase with the distance from the head of the tunnel to the front of the tunnel in the range of 20 m,and the intensity of the electromagnet-ic radiation signal and acoustic emission signal increases with the distance from the tunnel.Signal and acoustic emission signal intensity with the distance gradually decreased,and eventually stabilized.And the change rule of the energy and count of each axis is still consistent,but the Z-axis signal energy and count is the largest,and the signal mainly comes from the direction of the top plate.During this pe-riod,the intensity,energy and count have undergone a more significant change,and the influence of the coal bed disturbance has made the electromagnetic peak area be shifting.The electromagnetic signal of the coal wall under pressure is reduced,while the electromagnetic signal near the top plate of the head of the excavation increases.This study helps to provide new technical means for monitoring and early-warning of dynamic disasters in outburst mines.
