摘要

Abstract

[Objective]The study aimed to develop a biodegradable cigar lining packaging to replace plastic cigar lining packaging.[Method]Corn straw and bran,used as raw materials,were mixed at 4∶1 ratio,bagged and sterilized at 121℃,and then cooled to room temperature.Ganoderma lucidum CZ06 was inoculated into the distilled materials,and cultured at 25℃ for 7-10 days,cigar bio-matrix lining packaging was produced finally.Pot experiments were designed to determine the degradation rate of bio-matrix lining packaging in soil,and the changes of microbial community during degradation were analyzed by high-throughput sequencing technology.[Result]The cigar bio-matrix lining packaging produced by corn straw was white,soft,and had good quality.The degradation experiment showed that,by the 60th day,the weight of the tested cigar bio-matrix lining packaging material was reduced by 43.70%.The results of high-throughput sequencing showed that the abundance of soil microorganisms increased and the community composition changed during the degradation process.The dominant bacteria at phyla level were Proteobacteria,Chloroflexi,Actinobacteriota and Acidobacteriota,accounting for 71.16%to 74.06%.At genus level of the TOP15 bacterial communities,the dominant bacteria were Sphingomonas,Gemmatimonas,Candidatus_Solibacter.Bacillus and Candidatus_Koribacter accounted for 18.49%to 7.88%.The dominant fungal phylum was Ascomycetes,accounting for 98.1%,and the dominant genera were Trichoderma,Aspergillus and Hamigera.LEfSe analysis showed that the indicative bacteria were Micropepsis and SC_I_84,and the indic-ative fungi were Arthrobotrys,Trichoderma,Xylariaceae_gen_Incertae_sedis,and Rhizopus,and the saprophytic fungal groups were the predomi-nate.In terms of metabolic pathway,amino acid biosynthesis dominates the degradation of biomass lining packaging.[Conclusion]The cigar bio-matrix lining packaging made by corn straw has good quality,and can be easily degraded.Hence,the products have good application po-tential.
