长期生物降解地膜覆盖对大蒜-玉米轮作田土壤环境的影响
Effect of long-term biodegradable mulch coverage on soil environment in garlic-maize rotation fields

Abstract
[Objective]The present paper aimed to further understand the long-term effects of biodegradable mulch film coverage on soil health,assess the impacts of long-term application of biodegradable mulch film and polyethylene mulch film on soil aggregation,nutrient con-tent,enzyme activity,microbial activity,and microbial biomass carbon content.Additionally,the relationships among these soil indicators were explored to reveal the long-term soil effects of biodegradable mulch film.[Method]The experiment was conducted over four years,from September 2018 to September 2022.A randomized block design was used,with two treatments:BM(biodegradable mulch film)and PM(polyethylene mulch film).Soil water-stable aggregates,nutrient content,enzyme activity and microbial properties were measured.[Result]Compared to PM,the BM treatment significantly increased the mass percentage of water-stable aggregates with diameters of 1-0.25 mm,2-1 mm,and>2 mm in the 0-20 cm soil layer.Furthermore,over a four-year period,the soil organic carbon content,alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium,urease activity,sucrase activity,catalase activity,microbial activity and microbial bio-mass carbon content in the 0-20 cm soil layer increased by 1.80%,20.14%,6.92%,35.77%,10.98%,31.85%,13.58%,32.31%and 4.26%,respectively.Large aggregates indirectly exerted a significant positive effect on microbial biomass carbon and sucrase activity through soil organic carbon content,while microbial biomass carbon content had a highly significant positive effect on large aggre-gates.[Conclusion]Compared to the PM treatment,the BM treatment enhances soil aggregate stability,nutrient content and enzyme activity.Soil organic carbon,as a key hub,drives the'aggregate-enzyme-microbe'triadic interaction network,establishing a self-organizing regula-tory mechanism for soil carbon pool stability and ecosystem function maintenance.关键词
