Abstract
Prog ressive multifocal lenses are one of the commonly used prescription glasses for presbyopia correction and management.They are also applied in the prevention and control of myopia in adolescents,visual fatigue,binocular vision problems,computer vision syndrome,improvement of visual function in children receiving atropine treatment,post-operative vision improvement after cataract surgery,and other related visual health management matters.This guide aims to provide standardized operating procedures for progressive multifocal lens fitting and offers valuable assistance in interpreting the fitting process and results.The guide integrates the latest international and domestic technological advances in progres-sive multifocal lenses and is formulated through extensive research and evaluation,formulated by the Optometry Branch of Chinese Association of Ethnic Medicine and Fujian Optometry Association.After thorough review and formulation,it pro-vides eye care professionals with a comprehensive and detailed standardized framework to achieve good clinical fitting of progressive multifocal lenses,reduce adverse wearing reactions,improve fitting quality and efficiency,and promote the standardized development of progressive multifocal lens fitting.关键词
