烟草专用标准恒流孔期间核查装置的开发与应用
Development and application of intermediate check device for cigarette critical flow orifice

Abstract
[Objective]This study aims to achieve the daily intermediate check of the critical flow orifice(CFO)for cigarette draw resistance,ventilation rate and filter rod pressure drop detection equipment in laboratories and production workshops of cigarette industrial enterprises.[Methods]An intermediate check device based on a mass flowmeter was developed.Three cigarette critical flow orifices were selected to conduct repeatability and stability tests of the intermediate check device,as well as a comparison experiment with the tobacco-specific standard gas flow device.Additionally,the intermediate check was performed on critical flow orifices currently in use in the laboratory.[Results](1)The maximum standard deviation of the repeatability measurement results of the intermediate check device was 0.016 mL/s,and the maximum range of stability measurements was 0.05 mL/s.(2)For the same critical flow orifice,the maximum relative error between the measurements obtained by the developed intermediate check device and the tobacco-specific gas flow standard device was less than 0.2%.(3)Using this device to conduct 10 intermediate checks on 10 different critical flow orifices yielded a coefficient of variation ranging from 0.07%to 0.42%.(4)The volume of the developed intermediate check device was approximately one quarter of the tobacco-specific gas flow standard device,and the single measurement time was shortened from about 4 min to 2 s.[Conclusion]The developed intermediate check device can meet the requirements for daily intermediate check of cigarette draw resistance,ventilation rate and filter rod pressure drop detection equipment,ensure the validity of the test results,and is convenient to carry and promote.关键词
