基于卫生经济学的疫苗决策分析
Health Economics-based Analysis of Vaccine Decision-making
摘要
Abstract
Vaccination,as one of the most direct and effective ways of preventing infectious diseases,is not only a key step in protecting individual health,but also a cornerstone in building a herd immunity barrier,reducing the medical burden and maintaining the health and safety of the entire population.By balancing the economic costs and social benefits of vaccination and optimizing the pricing and financing mechanism of vaccines,health economics can increase the coverage and vaccination rate of vaccines,thus ultimately achieving the purpose of preventing and controlling infectious diseases.This paper mainly introduces the significance of health economics for vaccine immunization strategy,the research progress of vaccine decision analysis based on health economics and the quality assessment of decision research,and analyzes the future development direction and challenges of health economics in the field of vaccine immunization strategy.关键词
