十味龙胆花胶囊治疗急性气管-支气管炎(痰热壅肺证)的有效性与安全性及药物经济学评价
Efficacy,Safety and Pharmacoeconomic Evaluation of ShiWeiLongDanHuaJiaoNang in the Treatment of Acute Tracheo-bronchitis(Phlegm-heat Congestion of the Lungs Syndrome)

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy,safety and economy of ShiWeiLongDanHuaJiaoNang in the treatment of acute trachea-bronchitis(phlegm-heat congestion of the lungs syndrome).Methods Using a multicenter,randomized,double-blind,double-simulation,positive drug-parallel control clinical study design,288 patients with acute tracheobronchitis(phlegm-heat congestion in the lung syndrome)were grouped according to blind coding,of which 216 patients in the experimental group were given ShiWeiLongDanHuaJiaoNang,and 72 patients in the control group were given FeiLiKeJiaoNang.A total of 285 experiments were completed,including 215 in the experimental group and 70 in the control group.The clinical efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups and economically analyzed by cost-effectiveness.Results The effective rates of improvement of TCM symptoms in the test group and the control group were 90.70%and 77.14%,respectively,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The experimental group was superior to the control group in improving symptoms of cough,sputum and thirst(P＜0.05).The difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).The cost-effect analysis showed that the incremental cost-effect ratio(ICER)value of the total cost of the experimental group compared with the control group was 197.19 yuan,which was significantly smaller than the willingness-to-pay threshold(WTP)for the per capita disposable annual income in China in 2023,and the sensitivity analysis showed that the study results were relatively robust.Conclusion The treatment of acute trachea-bronchitis(phlegm-heat congestion of the lungs syndrome)with ShiWeiLongDanHuaJiaoNang can improve clinical efficacy,safety,and economic advantages.关键词
