Comparison between Jiegu Qili Capsules and Jiegu Qili Tablets for Postoperative Fracture Patients:A Network Meta-analysis and Pharmacoeconomic Evaluation

Abstract
Objective To comprehensively evaluate the efficacy,safety and economy of Jiegu Qili Capsules and Jiegu Qili Tablets in patients after fracture surgery.Methods A network meta-analysis was used to compare the effective rates of Jiegu Qili Capsules and Jiegu Qili Tablets in the treatment of postoperative patients with fractures.The adverse reaction data of Jiegu Qili Capsules and Jiegu Qili Tablets from the National Center for Adverse Drug Reactions were retrieved,and the difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two was evaluated through the χ2 test.The decision tree model was constructed through TreeAge Pro 2022 to conduct pharmacoeconomic evaluation from the perspective of the Chinese medical and health system.The incremental cost-effectiveness ratio(ICER)was used to evaluate the economy of Bone Seven Millimeter Capsules and Bone Seven Millimeter tablets for patients after fracture surgery,and sensitivity analysis was carried out.Results A comparison was made between the Jiegu Qili Tablets regimen and the Jiegu Qili capsules regimen.The RR(95%CI)was 1.06(0.85,1.37),including the invalid line 1,indicating that there was no statistically significant difference in the effective rate between the two.The overall adverse reaction incidence rates of Jiegu Qili Capsules and Jiegu Qili Tablets were 0.78‰ and 4.16‰,respectively.The overall and various adverse reaction incidence rates of Jiegu Qili Capsules were all lower than those of Jiegu Qili Tablets,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.01).Compared with the Jiegu Qili Tablets,the effective rate of patients using Jiegu Qili Capsules increased by 0.054 9 yuan,the cost increased by 104.04 yuan,and the ICER value was 1 893.97 yuan,which was lower than the WTP threshold and had an economic advantage.The results of the sensitivity analysis indicate that the results of the basic analysis are relatively robust.Conclusion The effectiveness of Jiegu Qili Capsules and Jiegu Qili Tablets in postoperative treatment of fractures is comparable.However,compared with Jiegu Qili Tablets,Jiegu Qili Capsules are safer and have more economic advantages.关键词
