Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of methotrexate combined with triple intrathecal injection in the treatment of pediatric non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and its influence on the blood concentration of methotrexate. Methods A total of 120 children with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma admitted to the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given intravenous infusion of methotrexate, while the observation group was treated with triple intrathecal injection(cytarabine+methotrexate+dexamethasone)on the basis of the control group. The objective response rate, immunoglobulin level and blood concentration level of methotrexate of the two groups of children were compared. Results The objective response rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of immunoglobulin M(IgM),immunoglobulin A(IgA),and immunoglobulin G(IgG)in both groups decreased, while the levels of IgM,IgA,and IgG in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood concentration of methotrexate in the observation group was(2.25±0.25)µmol/L,significantly higher than that in the control group(1.52±0.23)µmol/L,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Methotrexate combined with triple intrathecal injection in the treatment of pediatric non-Hodgkin's lymphoma can significantly increase the objective response rate, improve immune function, and enhance the effective blood concentration of methotrexate by optimizing drug delivery and metabolism.关键词
