目的 探讨种植牙骨缺损修复患者采用浓缩生长因子(CGF)联合骼瑞骨粉、膜瑞骨膜的效果.方法 选取2023年1 月至2024 年1 月滨州市中心医院收治的70 例种植牙骨缺损患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组(35 例)与对照组(35例).对照组予以骼瑞骨粉、膜瑞骨膜治疗,观察组采用 CGF 联合骼瑞骨粉、膜瑞骨膜治疗.比较两组患者骨密度及骨厚度、种植体稳定情况、疼痛程度、种植体周围健康情况.结果 两组术后 3 个月、6 个月新生骨密度及骨厚度较术后 1 个月升高(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组更高(P<0.05);两组术后3 个月、6 个月、12 个月种植体稳定系数(ISQ)值较术后1 个月升高(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组更高(P<0.05);两组术后10 d、1 个月视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分较术后1 d下降(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组更低(P<0.05);术后 12 个月两组菌斑指数(PLI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、牙龈指数(GI)下降(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组更低(P<0.05).结论 CGF 联合骼瑞骨粉、膜瑞骨膜应用于种植牙骨缺损修复患者中,能够提高骨密度及骨厚度,且种植体更稳定,进而缓解疼痛程度,改善种植体周围健康状况.

Objective To explore the application effect of using concentrated growth factor(CGF)and iliorui bone powder and membranous periosteum in the repair of dental implant defects in patients.Methods A total of 70 patients with bone defects in dental implants admitted to Binzhou Central Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into the observation group(35 cases)and the control group(35 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Iliorui bone powder and membrane,while the observation group was treated with CGF combined with Iliorui bone powder and membrane.The bone mineral density and bone thickness,implant stability,pain degree and the health condition around the implants of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The new bone mineral density and bone thickness of the two groups at 3 months and 6 months after the operation were increased compared with those at 1 month after the operation(P<0.05),and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The implant stability coefficient(ISQ)values of the two groups at 3 months,6 months and 12 months after the operation were higher than those at 1 month after the operation(P<0.05),and the values of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores of the two groups at 10 days and 1 month after surgery decreased compared with those at 1 day after surgery(P<0.05),and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).At 12 months after the operation,the plaque index(PLI),gingival sulcus bleeding index(SBI),and gingival index(GI)in both groups decreased(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of CGF and iliorui bone powder and membranous periosteum in the repair of dental bone defects can improve bone density and thickness,maintain implant stability,alleviate pain,and improve the health condition around the implant.
