Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of using concentrated growth factor(CGF)and iliorui bone powder and membranous periosteum in the repair of dental implant defects in patients.Methods A total of 70 patients with bone defects in dental implants admitted to Binzhou Central Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into the observation group(35 cases)and the control group(35 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Iliorui bone powder and membrane,while the observation group was treated with CGF combined with Iliorui bone powder and membrane.The bone mineral density and bone thickness,implant stability,pain degree and the health condition around the implants of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The new bone mineral density and bone thickness of the two groups at 3 months and 6 months after the operation were increased compared with those at 1 month after the operation(P＜0.05),and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The implant stability coefficient(ISQ)values of the two groups at 3 months,6 months and 12 months after the operation were higher than those at 1 month after the operation(P＜0.05),and the values of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores of the two groups at 10 days and 1 month after surgery decreased compared with those at 1 day after surgery(P＜0.05),and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).At 12 months after the operation,the plaque index(PLI),gingival sulcus bleeding index(SBI),and gingival index(GI)in both groups decreased(P＜0.05),and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of CGF and iliorui bone powder and membranous periosteum in the repair of dental bone defects can improve bone density and thickness,maintain implant stability,alleviate pain,and improve the health condition around the implant.关键词
