Abstract
[Absrtact]Objective To explore the effect of esketamine combined with transversal fascia block on the postoperative mood and recovery quality of patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy.Methods A total of 93 patients who underwent hysterectomy in Linyi Central Hospital from May 2021 to June 2024 were selected and divided into a control group of 45 cases and an observation group of 48 cases according to different anesthesia regimens.The control group received transabdominal fascia block anesthesia,while the observation group was combined with esketamine on the basis of the control group.The anesthetic effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results At 12 hours,24 hours and 48 hours after the operation,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The extubation time,the stay time in the anesthesia recovery room,the exhaust time,the first time to get out of bed and the hospital stay in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05).At 24 hours after the operation,the scores of the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).At 24 hours after the operation,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and neuron-specific enolase(NSE)in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The implementation of esketamine and transabdominal fascia block for patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy can further enhance the analgesic effect and improve the patients'negative emotions,thereby improving the postoperative rehabilitation quality of the patients.关键词
