口面肌功能训练联合腺样体切除术在OSA患儿中的应用效果
Application Effect of Orofacial Muscle Function Training Combined with Adenoidectomy in Children with OSA

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influence of orofacial muscle function training on the rehabilitation effect of children with obstructive sleep apnea(OSA)after adenoidectomy.Method:A total of 106 children with OSA admitted to Ganzhou Women and Children's Health Care Hospital from May 2022 to May 2024 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group underwent orofacial muscle function training on this basis.The children obstructive sleep apnea disease-specific quality of life questionnaire(OSA-18)scores,apnea index(AI),apnea-hypopnea index(AHI),lowest oxygen saturation(LSaO2),and treatment satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result:The scores of each dimension of OSA-18 and total scores in the observation group at 3 and 6 months after the operation were lower than those in the control group,and the AI and AHI were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of treatment and the LSaO2 levels 3 and 6 months after the operation of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Orofacial muscle function training can significantly reduce the OSA-18 scores of children with OSA after adenoidectomy,improve apnea-related indicators,and have a relatively high treatment satisfaction.关键词
