摘要
Abstract
Breast cancer is one of the malignant tumors with a relatively high incidence rate among women worldwide.Radiomics utilizes high-throughput computational techniques to extract a large number of quantitative features from medical images,which are closely associated with tumor heterogeneity and tumor biological behavior.Previous studies have mainly focused on the intra-tumor region,while the peri-tumor region is equally crucial for the development of breast cancer.This review comprehensively summarizes the research progress in intratumoral and peritumoral radiomics analysis using ultrasound,MRI,and mammography in the identification of benign and malignant breast masses,molecular subtyping prediction,lymph node metastasis prediction,and evaluation of the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy,with the aim of providing a new perspective of individualized and precise medical treatment.关键词
