褪黑素在哺乳动物体外胚胎生产中的应用研究进展
Research progress on application of melatonin in mammalian in vitro embryo production
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,in vitro embryo production technology for mammals has developed rapidly,providing solutions for the preservation and efficient utilization of mammalian genetic resources with superior traits and local characteristics.This technology involves multiple steps,including oocyte retrieval and in vitro maturation,in vitro fertilization,in vitro embryo culture,and embryo transfer.The production process is complex and involves numerous influencing factors,necessitating in-depth research on each step to efficiently produce high-quality in vitro embryos.This review summarizes the effects and mechanisms of melatonin on mammalian gametes and embryos,with a focus on its role in promoting oocyte in vitro maturation and embryo in vitro development.It further explores the mechanisms of melatonin's actions from perspectives such as epigenetic modifications,oxidative stress alleviation,mitochondrial function optimization,apoptosis suppression,and autophagy regulation.This review aims to provide a theoretical foundation for establishing an efficient in vitro embryo production system for mammals.关键词
