Abstract
Coronary heart disease(CHD)is one of the leading causes of death worldwide.Early assessment of risk factors as well as diagnostic and prognostic evaluations are crucial for its prevention and management.Bioelectrical impedance technology has been widely applied in CHD due to its advantages of being non-invasive,rapid,and portable,etc.By measuring the electrical impedance values of different body parts or the whole body,this technology assesses the content and distribution of body components:fat,skeletal muscle,and water,allowing for early screening and quantification of high-risk factors for CHD,including generalized or localized fat accumulation,skeletal muscle depletion,and water-sodium retention,etc.Additionally,bioelectrical impedance technology holds significant value in assessing malnutrition in CHD patients and formulating individualized nutritional support plans.The study provides an overview of the principles of bioelectrical impedance technology,and focuses on its application progress in assessing CHD risk factors and nutritional therapy,so as to provide reference for the precise prevention and individualized diagnosis and treatment of CHD using bioelectrical impedance technology.关键词
