摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the diagnosis value of anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide(CCP)antibodies in rheumatoid arthritis(RA),and to analyze anti-CCP antibodies correlation with RA disease activity.Method:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 92 RA patients admitted to Funing County People's Hospital and 27 healthy individuals from thehealth examination center of the hospital(control group)from January 2023 to June 2024.RA patients were divided into high activity group(n=29),medium activity group(n=33),and low activity group(n=30)based on the Disease Activity Score for 28 joints(DAS28).The differences in serum anti-CCP antibodies, rheumatoid factor(RF)and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)were compared among the groups.Result:Serum levels of anti-CCP antibodies,RF and ESR in the high activity group, medium activity group, low activity group, and control group progressively decreased, with statistically significant differences among the groups(P<0.05).The positive rates of anti-CCP antibodies,RF and ESR in the RA groups were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Anti-CCP antibodies demonstrated a sensitivity of 97.8%,specificity of 96.3%,and an area under the curve of 0.971 in RA diagnosis, which was higher than either RF or ESR alone.Serum anti-CCP antibody levels were positively correlated with DAS28 scores(r=0.490,P<0.05).Conclusion:Anti-CCP antibody levels are positively related to RA disease activity and exhibit higher sensitivity and specificity in the early diagnosis of RA compared to traditional indicators RF and ESR.Anti-CCP antibodies can serve as effective auxiliary markers for assessing patient disease activity, and their combined detection helps improve the diagnostic accuracy and disease management effectiveness of RA.关键词
