Abstract
Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of readmission within 1 year after PCI in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)complicated with atrial fibrillation(AF).Method:The clinical data of patients with CHD complicated with AF who received PCI were retrospectively analyzed from January 2023 to January 2024.The patients were followed up for 1 year, and the influencing factors of readmission were analyzed by logistic regression analysis.Result:Within 1 year after operation, patients who were readmitted were included in the readmission group, while the remaining patients were included in the normal group. The results of univariate analysis showed that the age, lipoprotein(a),and creatine kinase MB subtype levels in the readmission group were higher than those in the normal group, while the hemoglobin level and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)were lower than those in the normal group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that advanced age,multi-vessel disease, low hemoglobin level, high lipoprotein(a)level, high creatine kinase MB subtype level, and low left ventricular ejection fraction level were risk factors affecting readmission one year after PCI in patients with CHD combined with AF(P<0.05).Conclusion:The risk of readmission within 1 year after PCI is high in CHD patients with AF.Age,diseased vessel count, hemoglobin, lipoprotein(a),creatine kinase MB subtype and left ventricular ejection fraction are the influencing factors of readmission.关键词
