Abstract
Objective:To investigate and analyze the clinical value of Neutrophil Lymphocyte Ratio(NLR)and Lymph Node Metastasis Number(LNM),as well as Positive Lymph Node Logarithmic Ratio(LODDS),in order to predict the prognosis of patients undergoing radical oesophageal cancer surgery.Method:A total of 150 patients who underwent radical oesophageal cancer surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University from January 2015 to July 2017 were counted for retrospective analysis.The relevant clinical data of patients were collected,and the preoperative NLR,the number of lymph node metastases and LODDS were calculated.The predictive value of NLR,the number of lymph node metastases and LODDS on the patients'postoperative survival was analyzed.Result:There were statistically significant differences in 5-year survival rates compared with age,tumor T stage,NLR value,lymph node metastasis count and LODDS(P<0.05),but no significant differences were found in comparison with gender,smoking,alcohol consumption,tumor location,and pathological type(P>0.05).The survival rate of the low NLR group was significantly higher than that of the high NLR group(P<0.05),with the low NLR group showing a clear advantage over the high NLR group.There were also statistically significant differences in survival status between the low LODDS group and the high LODDS group(P<0.05).In the low LODDS group,survival was significantly better than in the high LODDS group.For patients in N2～N3 groups,there were statistically significant differences in NLR and LODDS compared to those in N0～N1 groups(P<0.05).The NLR and LODDS of patients in N2～N3 groups were significantly higher than those in N0～N1 groups.Correlation analysis of NLR and LODDS showed that there was significant positive correlation between NLR and LODDS(r=0.317,P<0.05).Conclusion:NLR,lymph node metastasis and LODDS are closely related to the prognosis of patients undergoing radical esophageal cancer surgery,and can be used as predictors for clinical monitoring of prognosis to provide reference for clinical treatment.关键词
