Abstract
Objective:To explore the labor process and maternal and infant outcomes of using the Doule delivery analgesia device combined with the delivery ball during childbirth.Method:160 postpartum women who gave birth naturally in Xinglin Hospital in Xiamen from July 2023 to July 2024 were collected as study subjects.The study subjects were divided into a control group(80 cases,conventional delivery assistance intervention)and a study group(80 cases,Doule delivery analgesia combined with delivery ball intervention)according to a double-blind method.The clinical effects of the two delivery modes were analyzed.The duration of labor,psychological indicators before and after intervention,delivery pain and delivery control,maternal and infant outcomes,and delivery experience satisfaction were used as evaluation indicators.Result:The first stage of labor,second stage of labor,third stage of labor,and total stage of labor were significantly shortened in the study group compared between the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the scores of the Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS),and Civilian Version Posttraumatic Stress Disorder Scale(PCL-C)before intervention in two groupsdecreased after intervention.SAS,SDS and PCL-C scores of the study group decreased compared with the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the self-efficacy expectations and outcome expectations scores of the two groups before intervention,the above indicators increased after intervention,and the self-efficacy expectations and outcome expectations scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The facial expression scoring method(FPS)and delivery control scale(LAS)scores were compared between the two groups.The FPS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,while the LAS score was higher.The postpartum 2-hour bleeding volume of the study group was less than that of the control group,while the neonatal Apgar score was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of postpartum women in the research group with the delivery experience was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Doule delivery analgesia device and delivery ball can reduce negative emotions,psychological stress,and delivery pain improve satisfaction,maternal delivery control,and self-efficacy.The combination of the two can shorten the delivery process,improve maternal delivery experience,and maternal and infant outcomes.关键词
