Abstract
Objective:To analyze the current status and related influencing factors of benefit discovery in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Method:Convenience sampling was used to select 118 patients with coronary heart disease after PCI admitted to Kunming Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024.A single center cross-sectional survey was conducted using general information questionnaire,Benefit Discovery Scale(BFS),Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS),and Self Efficacy Scale(GSES).Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of their benefit discovery level.Result:The total BFS score of 118 patients after coronary heart disease PCI was(51.21±8.04).The results of Person analysis showed that BFS was positively correlated with PSSS and GSES in patients after coronary heart disease PCI(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that monthly income,living status,education level,depressive symptoms,PSSS total score and GSES total score were the influencing factors for the discovery of benefits in patients after coronary heart disease PCI(P<0.05).Conclusion:The benefits of PCI for patients with coronary heart disease are influenced by multiple factors such as monthly income,living conditions,education level,depressive symptoms,and perceived social support and self-efficacy.Therefore,in clinical practice,personalized intervention plans should be developed based on the individual characteristics of different patients to promote postoperative recovery and improve their mental health.关键词
