药物罐联合温经汤治疗寒凝血瘀型子宫腺肌病临床效果及对血清IL-1β、IL-8和TNF-α影响研究
Clinical Efficacy and Effects on Serum Levels of IL-1β,IL-8,and TNF-α in Patients with Cold Coagulation and Blood Stasis Type Adenomyosis Treated with a Combination of Medication Cans and Wenjing Decoction

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and effects on serum levels of IL-1β,IL-8 and TNF-αin patients with cold coagulation and blood stasis type adenomyosis treated with a combination of medication cans and Wenjing decoction.Method:66 patients with cold coagulation and blood stasis type endometriosis were selected from Zengcheng District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from September 2022 to September 2024.They were divided into two groups using computerized randomization:the Wenjing Decoction group(n=33)received Wenjing Decoction treatment,and the combined group(n=33)received additional moxibustion therapy.Result:The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the Wenjing Decoction group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the Wenjing Decoction group,the combined group had significantly lower scores in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),core and module questionnaires,smaller uterine volume,and lower levels of IL-1β,IL-8,and TNF-α.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment period,no serious adverse reactions occurred in either group.Conclusion:The clinical effect of the treatment of uterine adenomyosis is relatively significant,which can effectively relieve dysmenorrhea,reduce inflammation,promote uterine recovery,and improve the quality of life.关键词
