张士卿教授运用药对治疗小儿多发性抽动症经验
Professor ZHANG Shiqing's Experience in Using Herb Pairs to Treat Pediatric Tourette Syndrome
摘要
Abstract
Professor ZHANG Shiqing emphasizes that the primary pathological location of pediatric To-urette syndrome is the liver,involving the heart,lung,spleen,and kidney.Guided by the principle"to treat wind disorders,first regulate the blood;when blood harmonizes,wind will subside spontaneously,"he advo-cates a simplified yet comprehensive treatment approach focusing on nourishing yin and blood,pacifying the liver and extinguishing wind,supplemented by spleen-strengthening and phlegm-resolving,liver-soothing and qi-regulating,blood-activating and orifice-opening,as well as clearing monarch and ministerial fires.This pa-per systematically analyzes Professor ZHANG's clinical application of characteristic herb pairs:Gastrodia Rhi-zoma and Uncaria Ramulus Cum Uncis,Os Draconis and Concha Ostreae,Paeoniae Radix Rubra and Pae-oniae Radix Alba,Bombyx Batryticatus and Cicadae Periostracum,Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma and Curcumae Radix,Zizyphi Spinosae Semen and Polygalae Radix,Bupleuri Radix and Scutellariae Radix,Puerariae Loba-tae Radix and Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix.These herb pairs fully demonstrate Professor ZHANG's clinical ex-pertise in skillfully applying wind-expelling and phlegm-resolving herbs for pediatric Tourette syndrome.A rep-resentative case is presented for verification.关键词
