Abstract
This article introduces Professor SHI Zhenggang's clinical experience in treating pediatric ad-enoid hypertrophy with Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).Professor SHI believes that the pathogenesis of adenoid hypertrophy is rooted in lung-spleen deficiency,with phlegm-stasis coagulation as the underlying cause and external wind invasion as the triggering factor.His treatment strategy follows the principles of stage-based pattern differentiation and constitution-based regulation,adopting a"one airway,one disease"ap-proach.He has developed the self-prescribed Xiaojie Liqiao Fang(消结利窍方)to regulate the lung and spleen,resolve stagnation,and promote orifice drainage,with flexible modifications based on symptoms,achieving remarkable clinical efficacy.A representative case is included for illustration.关键词
