摘要
Abstract
This study applies QIAN Yi's pediatric five-zang organs pattern differentiation system to the di-agnosis and treatment of post-mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP)cough in children.Based on the physiological and pathological characteristics of children,as well as the principles of traditional Chinese medi-cine(TCM)pattern differentiation and holistic treatment,the key therapeutic strategies are discussed from four perspectives:deficiency of body constitution and qi,spleen-stomach insufficiency,deficiency-excess pat-terns of the five zang organs,and preventive treatment of disease.The proposed approaches include strengthen-ing the body's resistance and consolidating the exterior,tonifying and regulating the spleen-stomach,reinforc-ing deficiency and reducing excess,and preventing recurrence after illness.This study aims to provide clinical insights for the management of post-MPP cough in children.关键词
